Returns policy
7-DAY RETURNS
- Items purchased from us are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange/Return is not applicable in case of customized products.
- There is no exchange with another product or colour.
- The process of exchange may take upto 10-15 days to complete.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We charged Rs 150 extra to return or exchange the product for return pick up and redelivery process. It’s on us! We want your experience to be smooth.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
- Customers can raise a return request within 7 days after an order has been delivered by mailing us at [email protected]
- Once your return request is verified by our support team reverse pickup will be initiated from our end.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
- If you have received a defective product, send us images at [email protected] and we will get back to you. Once they are verified by our support team the refund/exchange will be provided.
- Bulk and customize order return policy is not applicable

- In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
- If the reverse pick up service to your address Pincode is not available we would ask you to process the Self-Shipping / Self Courier to return us the product.
SELF SHIP PROCESS
- Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

TERMS & CONDITION FOR REFUND
- Any refund will be processed into your bank account or your Fellame Wallet.
Note: Refund to your Bank account will take upto 7-10 days.
Refund to your Fellame Wallet will be done within 24 hours.
- We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure.
- If a cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a bank refund upon request, after the package reaches back to us.
- Defective/ Damaged in transit – Once confirmed by the Customer Care Team the refund will be provided.
- Wrong/ Missing products – We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund.
