We at fellame.COM believe in providing our customers with the latest fashion at the world-class quality and cost-effective prices. If you are not comfortable with the fit, color or design simply return the product within 15 working days of delivery.

The Return process – Online Return/Exchange—You can return or exchange a product online at fellame.COM by following the below steps.

Log in to the ‘My Account’ section at fellame.COM.

Select the item that needs to be returned/exchanged

Follow the steps and fill in the required information for completing the process.

Returns/exchange request requirements to be processed within 15 days of the delivery of the product

Please fill the returns form for faster processing of refunds

All returned products must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be processed and accepted. 

Shipping Charges will be non-refundable.

In case you receive a damaged or a defective product, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share a pic at 

If you decide to ship the products by yourself, they should be dispatched within two days after the return request is raised. 

Any returned item which we receive and does not satisfy the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. There will be no money reimbursed. 

Please ensure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during shipping. For sending any shipment by yourself, please use a good courier service.

In case of orders where pick-up is not applicable, customers can self-ship the items to fellame.COM. 

Product categories which cannot be returned- These product categories fall under “No Return/Exchange” unless there is a damage/quality issue at the time of delivery from our side.

How to return?

If you wish to return the product from your address: Please check our storage facility. Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select places, which have courier facilities.

Self-shipping: If your pin code is not serviced by our logistics partner, you have to send the product(s) back to our Returns Department. For all returns, you will be given INR 100 as a rebate for your shipping costs. Please note that it is subjected to your goods being inspected and quality checked on receipt.

Return Form is a very easy-to-fill form that allows you to return the received shipment to fellame.COM. The Return Form is given in the shipment parcel along with your order. If you have misplaced the return form, click on this link for printing a new one. Do mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet. 

Refund – The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

For COD orders, the money will be directly refunded into their accounts, via bank transfer. 

For online orders, money is directly paid back to the credit card/debit card. 

A Coupon Code of the refund value in your fellame.COM account, which can be redeemed against any purchase. You may check the issued Coupon Code under the ‘Coupons’ section, by clicking on ‘My Account’ at fellame.COM.
